CBT for Insomnia problems

I have suffered from insomnia for many years and have tried numerous techniques and remedies without much success. A friend suggested I try hypnotherapy so I went ahead and arranged a series of appointments. I was more than a little sceptical at first, but was determined to give it a really good try.
